		<description>You are absolutely correct.  This is good sound advice.  I run a bookkeeping and payroll service and have had many clients that were defrauded in the past.  Because of this we set our company up to be 100 percent secure.  We do NOT tax impound and have no access to your funds.  All payments are processed directly from your account to the IRS and state tax agencies.  And as mentuioned above you see these transactions directly on you bank statement.  Payroll fraud is a very easy thing to be subject to and often you do not even know untill it is way too late.  The IRS does not want to hear it, you are still on the hook for the funds.
