Who? Me?
My name is Bruce Van Cleve and I started 10 Minute Payroll to help small business. My simple goal is this: we’ll do your payroll so well that you don’t have to think about it very often. I want to help you get back to the work that is important to you, get you back to the reason you started your business. I’ll bet it was not to do payroll. There are a lot more of us small businesses than there are big companies. Small business employs most of the people and we are where innovation comes from. You, in your business, get things done while corporate weenies sit around and play office politics and hide from real life. You don’t often see us in the headlines–because we’re working; because we’re solving problems; because we’re meeting real people’s needs.
10 Minute Payroll provides a much better product than our big corporate competitors like ECCA, ADP, Paychex, DSA, CBCS. We are able to run circles around the big kids because our service is personal, and non-rigid. Big companies with alphabet-soup names can be like big machines that crank out numbers but lack a human touch.
I am deeply committed to helping small business people. My company will do a great job for yours. If we make a mistake–we’ll fix it. I promise. Quickly.
Our focus is on the experience of the service from your perspective. That’s why I named it 10 Minute Payroll. That’s how much time YOU will spend doing payroll. WE will spend a lot more time than that! Believe me! I could have called it VanCleveAndHisPeepsWorkVeryHardDoingPayrollWork.com but that just didn’t “flow”. I would have had to turn THAT into an acronym. VCAHPWVHDPW.com.
Small Business has been a main focus of my adult life. I even created a blog to say what I wanted to say, vent a little, and teach others things I’ve picked up along the way. I feel so strongly about small business, I write about it here.
