“I used to get our payroll done by a large payroll service-bureau type company. The really silly mistakes they made, the extreme effort to just add someone to our payroll, which they always seemed to get incorrect even with all of the correct paperwork, and the fact that they flat-out refused to do certain local tax deductions for us, caused us to look for a payroll service that would give us more personal attention and do the job we need them to do.

It always seemed like they put our payroll into a “machine” and no person ever looked at it to make sure it was right. Glaringly obvious mistakes went through and had to be re-done. I got tired of faxing a 10-page report just to transmit my employee’s hours, and if it wasn’t done exactly right to match their system, the payroll came out with blatant errors. I also did not like having all the money sucked out of our account when some of those taxes weren’t due for months!

We searched and found a company that was absolutely refreshing, a company that calls  us if they don’t get our hours on their one-page form, calls to ask questions if something does not look right, handles all the little special requests, no problem. This has saved our staff countless hours working on payroll.

They return phone calls quickly, they do all the work for us so we don’t have to, and they keep my employees happy by paying attention to the little details.
